No. Automata France SAS, which operated the Vancelian platform, was removed from the French register of digital asset service providers (radiation as a PSAN), effective 30 June 2026, at the end of the transitional period provided for by the European MiCA regulation. All its digital asset services (custody, purchase and sale, exchange) ended on that date. This platform is not authorised to transfer crypto-assets and no longer provides any digital asset service — it is for viewing and information only.

As a result, all of its digital asset services — custody, purchase and sale, and exchange — ended on that date, including its role as intermediary for the long-term projects.

This does not affect your underlying contracts. The commitments related to the Vaults, the Exclusive Offers and the Mining Program are maintained directly with the relevant project counterparties — Solaria SAS and The Heights Bali SAS for the Exclusive Offers, and Vancelian Ltd for the Mining Program — which remain responsible for repaying capital and paying any interest or rewards at the contractual maturity dates.

Deposits, subscriptions and new inflows were permanently discontinued on 22 May 2026. No payment or deposit can be made on the platform.

This platform lets you view the positions you held across all of Automata France's former services: available crypto-assets, Vaults (Flexible and Avenir), Exclusive Offers (Solaria and The Heights Bali) and the Mining Program. For each, you can see your positions, the applicable maturity dates and repayment conditions, the contact information for the relevant debtor companies, and any information about the projects communicated by those companies.

The platform is for viewing and information only: it does not allow any transaction or management operation.

The Wind-Down Plan is the plan for the orderly wind-down of Automata France's services. It sets out, product by product, how your positions are handled until the contracts reach their term. It is presented on the Wind-Down Plan page for the main products concerned.

For long-term products, capital repayments will be made directly by the relevant debtor companies at the contractual maturity dates, with no involvement of Automata France in these flows. Positions invested in such products can be seen on the platform.
